Members of the firm, including our founders give of their time, talent, and energy. Our CEO Karen Tramontano is the founder and president of the Global Fairness Initiative and serves on the Board of Directors of the Fair Labor Association. Our COO Sally Painter serves on the Board of Directors of the Atlantic Council, GLOBSEC, and the Truman National Security Project. Jesica Lindgren is the President of the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce of DC.

The mission of the Fair Labor Association (FLA) is to combine the efforts of industry, civil society organizations, and colleges and universities to protect workers’ rights and improve working conditions worldwide by promoting adherence to international labor standards.

The FLA conducts independent monitoring and verification to ensure that the FLA’s Workplace Standards are upheld where FLA company products are produced. Through public reporting, the FLA provides consumers and shareholders with credible information to make responsible buying decisions.

The Global Fairness Initiative (GFI) promotes a more equitable, sustainable approach to economic development for the world's working poor by advancing fair wages, equal access to markets and balanced public policy to generate opportunity and end the cycle of poverty. The GFI approach:

• Engage multiple players - workers, employers, and government - to find economic solutions and create economic opportunity.
• Partner with locally established organizations to have the greatest impact and lasting results.
• Leverage international networks of respected experts, political and social luminaries, trade and commerce officials, and business leaders to maximize the inputs and impacts of GFI programs.

GLOBSEC is a global think-tank based in Bratislava committed to enhancing security, prosperity and sustainability in Europe and throughout the world. Its mission is to influence the future by generating new ideas and solutions for a better and safer world. We believe we can change the world by putting together the right stakeholders at the right time for a free exchange of ideas.

The Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce of Washington D.C. (SACC-DC) is a non-profit membership organization dedicated to the development of business relations between the United States and Sweden. Since 1989 SACC-DC has offered opportunities to explore and develop mutually beneficial U.S. – Swedish professional opportunities through business and social events.

SACC-DC is one of 20 local chambers across the United States, cooperating under the umbrella organization SACC-USA. SACC-USA serves more than 2,300 members in Sweden and the U.S., making it the second largest European Chamber of Commerce in the United States.

The Truman National Security Project is a national security leadership institute, the nation's only organization that recruits, trains, and positions a new generation of progressives across America to lead on national security.

Our mission is to provide the skills, knowledge, and network to create an influential force of leaders across the country who advance strong progressive national security policy.

Today you will find leaders we have trained running for office across the country, advising presidential and Congressional campaigns, drafting legislation in the halls of Congress, assuming leadership posts in the military, playing key roles in local and national government, and working on the front lines of America's homeland security.

Since its founding in 1961-1962, the Council has been a preeminent, non partisan institution devoted to promoting transatlantic cooperation and international security. In its early years, distinguished American foreign policy leaders Dean Acheson, Dean Rusk, Christian Herter, Lucius Clay, and others' developed an ambitious agenda to engage Americans with their European partners on matters of global concern.

Now in its 50th year, the Atlantic Council is harnessing that history of transatlantic leadership and applying its founders' vision to a broad spectrum of modern global challenges from violent extremism to financial instability and from NATO's future to energy security. As we face an inflection point in history, the Atlantic Council provides an essential forum for navigating dramatic shifts in economic and political influence. The Council is home to ten programs and centers, broken down both functionally and regionally, which seamlessly work together to tackle today's unique set of challenges.

The Muslim Jewish Conference (MJC) is a dialogue and leadership organisation for students and young professionals, bringing together important representatives and young leadership from Muslim and Jewish communities and beyond. The MJC is an innovative and progressive educational non-profit organisation based in Austria. It wants to deepen interest in, and evoke curiosity for, intercultural communication and interfaith issues, in particular Muslim-Jewish relations. The MJC seeks to expand its visibility and extend its vibrant network of dialogue and intercultural communication in order to move closer to its goal of becoming a global think tank for Muslim-Jewish interests.
